These are events for existing bands focused on producing a better sound as a band. After leading bands for over three decades and producing programming and concerts for hundreds of live events, David and his team are excited to bring “ReFresh” to you.

Build Community!

Gather local church worship teams and celebrate what God is doing in the area – together! Our keynote talks bring out rich spiritual truth to infuse fresh life into your teams. Our trainers and producers bring an outside “mirror” to observe what is happening in your bands and give insights to help you move forward out of any ruts or difficult places.

Regional One Day Conference

• Bring the bands of your area together to celebrate music!
• Keynote sessions will focus on rich spiritual truths to encourage, and excellence in band production. Spend time troubleshooting typical problem areas for your bands in a safe environment.
• Round-table discussions for each grouping of instrumentalists is a highlight of these times: the “mastermind” of talking & playing with other players honing their craft is so valuable!
• Each band plays a set, with encouragement and solid evaluation by the conference leadership team

• Unlike the conference above, this time is tailored to suit your needs
• Preparing for a concert or a series of concerts: and you need outside ears to “produce” your sound and develop the “flow” of your list? That’s us!
• Ready to record and want to ensure maximum preparation before heading into studio? We are your team!
• Struggling to develop your sound so you can get to one of those two levels above? No problem: let’s jam together and see what shape your group takes!
• Fee Structure is negotiable: includes an honorarium, plus travel (& lodging where applicable).
