So I wanted to put together a list of some of the best musical documentaries, so that you can watch them together as a band in the hopes of getting some better conversations going, and finding fresh inspiration in the new year. Perhaps these are something someone could host at their home with some food and beverage?

Session players are the very best musicians – those responsible for getting the parts down when the clock is ticking and every second counts. Really wonderful for understanding the dynamics between musicians and how great music is made.

In case we need a reminder of the depth of responsibility we as musicians have to connect with people, this will wake you up like nothing else.
